An 11-year-old girl cries with grief:

“I want my leg back, I want my leg back” … 

She has lost her entire family

in an Israeli attack on her home.

She was rescued from under the rubble

but her leg had to be amputated.

Three little children covered in blood

lying next to each other 

one of them an infant

still warmly wrapped in his romper suit

The weeping mother is tightly 

holding the infant   saying goodbye 

to her three beloved children 

who were killed by Israeli bombardment 

on their home in Gaza

An injured child under the rubble

is calling for his mother

who was killed in an air strike

“I lost my hand …”

A seven year old girl 

is weeping in pain 

She has been injured twice

and lost her hand 

which had to be amputated

She also suffers from 

other injuries and lost 

two family members

Civil Defense forces 

evacuate the body of a child 

who was killed with his father in 

an Israeli airstrike in Gaza

The father was still holding 

his son in his arms in an 

attempt to protect him

An 8-year-old boy 

was seriously injured 

while playing soccer with three of

his friends near his home

An Israeli rocket hit 

the neighbor’s house and 

the subsequent injury led to 

the amputation of his hand

His three friends 

tragically died in the attack 

along with other children 

from the neighborhood 

A thirteen-year-old girl

lost her eye 

She also lost her father 

after an Israeli missile 

targeted their tent 

Despite all the pain, 

she maintains a big dream 

Her dream is to become 

an ophthalmologist
